The Company Secretary course is awarded by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and runs through three stages — CSEET, the Executive Programme and the Professional Programme — followed by practical training. We coach students through all three, with practising Company Secretaries as mentors at every stage.
ICSI has revised the CSEET format starting with the June 2026 session — the test is now held at offline exam centres rather than remote-proctored, with a new pattern and an updated exam calendar. Session dates, fees and exemptions are confirmed by ICSI ahead of each cycle, so talk to us for the current details before you register.
The CS Executive Entrance Test is the entry gate into the programme for students who've completed or are appearing for Class 12. It checks readiness for the legal and business reasoning ahead, not prior CS knowledge.
Ask About CSEET CoachingOpen to students who've cleared CSEET, and through direct entry to most graduates and postgraduates. This is where company law, securities law, tax and accounting start building real professional grounding.
Ask About Executive CoachingThe final stage, open once both modules of the Executive Programme are cleared. It's the most demanding part of the course — governance, compliance and the kind of judgment the role is actually built on.
Ask About Professional CoachingStructured sessions that build concepts in order, not a video library to figure out alone.
Building skilled commerce and legal professionals for tomorrow's corporate world.
Timed practice and reviewed answer scripts, so exam day isn't the first time it counts.
Direct access to mentors when a concept doesn't click the first time round.
Notes kept current with ICSI's syllabus and exam pattern revisions, not last year's edition.
Support finding and completing the practical training ICSI requires before you qualify as an ACS.
Tell us where you are — Class 12, mid-degree, or already holding a qualification — and we'll map out the right entry point and a realistic study plan.
